OVER 18 POLICY

  • Purchases can only be made by persons aged 18 or over.
  • The recipient of the goods MUST also be a minimum of 18 years old. Couriers may ask for proof of age.
  • In completing this order you are confirming that both the person placing the order and the recipient of the goods ordered are aged 18 years or over.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices include applicable Irish Duty rates.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to good being despatched

ONLINE DELIVERY INFORMATION

*Please note* this is not for our daily Waterford delivery service. Orders placed via the website will take at minimum 4 business days to be delivered. If you wish to order a daily delivery for Waterford city please call us, as that is the only way to place your order.
We aim to deliver your order within 4-8 business days after we receive it. We deliver Monday-Friday, except bank holidays.
Our couriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates, deliveries will not be made.
We cannot take any responsibility for unforeseen delays caused by our couriers that may occur. We aim to deliver as quick as possible, however once your order is with our courier, we cannot control delays.
Due to the breakable nature or weight of some products, we cannot offer shipping on items outside of Ireland.
If a parcel is broken on delivery by our couriers, we reserve the right to choose whether a refund or a replacement is offered.
