Ormiale Lies, 2021. With only 395 bottles produced and only 18 available in Ireland its a must try for any true wine lovers.
Blending together all of the “bourbes” (the leftover pomace from pressing) of the grapes of the 2021 vintage (Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Semillon). Aged for 9 months in barrels, at an old stone quarry in St-Emilion.
This wine is made with only grapes and no other additives. It is easy to drink but difficult to describe. Only 6 bottles available at Reddy's.
